- 0ne day cooking class in the Spalletti Trivelli's Umbrian countryside estate(upon availability and pre-booked date before arrival) includes:
- Transfer from Villa Spalletti Trivelli to the Spalletti Trivelli's estate ( Citta della Pieve-Umbria), where the house Pomario Wine and the excellent olive oil are produced;
- 3-hour cooking class by the Chef with the preparation of Roman and Umbrian regional dishe; followed by
- Family produced Wine Tasting and self-homemade Lunch;
- Exclusive use of the estate swimming pool during the afternoon;
- 1 Bottle of Family produced wine;
- 1 Bottle of Family produced olive oil;
- Transfer back to Villa Spalletti Trivelli, Rome.
